Hello Fellow Bitter to Better Blog Readers!

Shame on me! I haven't written in a bit and I must admit my year started with the ultimate bang!

JANUARY 2018 IN A NUTSHELL

A. My Aunt Passed away in a tragic death (Read about it here)

B. My mom had heart surgery

C. My daughter spent a week in the hospital

D. I had a bad (heart wrenching and disfunctional) break up

BOOM!!!!! (and I collapsed...not literally, but you know what I mean)

Don't Cry For Me Argentina! (Madonna Voice)

Fast forward and here I am like... HELLER!!! Wake up! Life goes on and how dare you share advice to motivate others and not apply it to your own life Neisha!

Which leads me to step NUMERO UNO (that means number one in spanish :-)

1. Remind yourselves of the reason why you must keep going!!!

So for me it's all about my beautiful baby girl Mylie (who just turned two on January 28th by the way). She's my WHY!

Maybe your why can be to make your mother proud, or prove somebody who doubts your abilities wrong, or to give back to the less fortunate. Maybe it's for this beautiful home and pool right here!

Without a why ( your reason to go hard) chances are you'll remain in a slump.

FIND YOUR WHY!!!

2. This might seem a bit extra, but purposely look up sad shit!

This seriously works for me all the time.

How can I possibly continue to pout and waste time if I know there are children in other countries, malnourished, who would walk miles for just one glass of clean water if given the opportunity.

If this doesn't snap you back to reality and give you that push then I don't know what will.

Be grateful! Get up, Get out, and Get Something!!!

3. Remind yourselves of the BENEFITS AND FIND SOME HEALTHY COMPETITION!

This is one of my favorites and it is so beneficial.

It's like having a Gym Goal.

You think of the benefits (losing weight and looking like a swimsuit model). Find a gym partner (a little healthy competition) to hold you accountable and keep you motivated.

I mean you can't let your peeps beat you to those killer abs!

You get my gist... Have fun with it. Find someone with similar interests and genuine good vibes, then thrive off of that energy.

SO NICE TO BE BACK!!!!

Please be advised I will be starting my blog fresh with a different platform soon. I'll send out an email to my subcribers and also post an update.

Thanks for stopping by and please leave a comment with your thoughts or advice on sustaining motivation XOXO please SHARE if this was at all helpful !
